The Workshop

Come join us for a winter evening of learning and creating your own winter tablescape that represents the abundance of fall and winter colours, the ultimate season's feast. You will have four hours of hands-on experience of creating your own dishes and a cocktail, open to all levels of cooking experience. Each item will be plated on Hudson and Oak tableware, as well as the cocktail in our ridged glassware. Each guest will keep their plates and cocktail glass.  You will be working with seasonally locally grown ingredients. All tools and materials are included.


The cooking class will be taught by Alyssa Ferguson, the founder of Down to Earth Plant Parlour, a family owned plant based restaurant located in the heart of Langley. They plate playful plant based meals that are loveling designed in house by their culinary expert team.
