

Sagebrush Coffee
Sagebrush has a sweet and clear flavor while maintaining the creamy body we love. These are the impressive qualities of coffees Canyon sources from higher elevations in Columbia. The beans that comprise the Tolima Especial lot were grown between 1,700 and 2,100 meters above sea level. You'll taste notes of chocolate, nougat and stone fruit. Sagebrush underwent 12 hours of fermentations and dried for 10 to 20 days.

Beans are produced by the Asprasar co-op in South East Tolima. Asprasar was created in 2016 by about 100 men and women farmers, with the goal of increasing their quality of life through earning higher prices for their coffees. They are committed to preserving the environment for future generations and has achieved an impressive amount of certifications: organic, NOP, EU, Jas, FLO, Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, and Manos de Mujer.
