Beans are produced by the Pillimue Family in Inza, Cauca area. Inza is nestled in the middle of the great Colombian Massif. A mountainous region in the cordilleras that is where most of the major rivers of the country are born, including the Magdalena, the Cauca and the Patia rivers. Surrounded by volcanoes, the altitude and the climate of this region are ideal for specialty coffee.
